The Wilbraham Chapel
The Wilbraham Chapel contains memorial tablets to various members of the family; There is a stone Rose from the church of St Vladimir in the Crimea sent by Colonel Richard Wilbraham. He was DAAG to General D'Lacy Evans, became a friend of Florence Nightingale, and was appointed by her to command the first modern Hospital, built to her design, at Netley - near Southampton.
The fine wrought-iron Screen was supplied by Skidmore of Coventry For the sum of £65. This was a famous firm of architectural metalworkers who did much work for Scott, including the metalwork for the Albert Memorial.
